I have been ordering El Monterrey Enchilada Sauce Mix even since I let N M in 1999... I have been for years, make what I call My Enchilada Plate and with this Sauce Mix... I have yet to find one person that did not like My Enchilada Plate after all these years... I have gave it off and on to friends and families' did give ever family in my Church a pouch of this Sauce Mix this time.... we are a small church.. ha...

Young Guns Chile for whatever reason stopped their shipping business. I can get fresh Hatch green chiles here in Missouri but not hot red sauce. I would order from YG and they would ship me the hot red. Now this store in Clovis just shipped me plenty, Should last me a while.

When you move out of new mexico, you can't just get red chile. This fills a major deficit in the market. After so many years, it reminds us of the food we miss so much.
