I really like this enchilda sauce. I found it by accident, when I was looking for a recipe. I ended up on a thread where everyone was wanting a recipe for this. Someong posted a link to buy it. It is really good and has a hitory in Clovis.

This sauce is super good. It's not a typical enchilada sauce, it's a thicker Chile sauce that is great in tacos, and burritos. I use it in cooking too.
