this is the best Hatch Chile salsa option we’ve found; it’s become a critical staple in our home-cooking, so when our local supermarket stopped carrying it, we started searching online and finally found it here at the S&S Supermarket. Altho the shipping costs are pretty high, it’s become an essential item.

I love MILD green Chile which is hard to find. I used to buy Santa Fe Ole's, and then discovered Young Guns, which I prefer the most. Good size diced Chile and reasonable shipping costs; they are delicious on anything!

30 plus years ago my mother-in-law taught me how to make red enchiladas. Now I make for her son in tribute to his mom. I buy several to a case that I store in freezer to keep fresh that I pull out just a months worth. I also add to burrito meat just after I drain meat to bind to meat. I purchase El Monterrey Enchilada Sauce, after a friend mentioned it was what she uses when making enchiladas. It tastes very nice and authentic. My husband gave me several compliments on the cheese enchiladas I made and used this sauce mix with.
