When you move out of new mexico, you can't just get red chile. This fills a major deficit in the market. After so many years, it reminds us of the food we miss so much.

Easy to make. Very mild, but if you want to kick it up on the heatI add pepper flakes or fresh chopped chilis delicious.

I have not yet had a chance to try the Barker’s New Mexico Chile Powder that I ordered from S & S, but I have heard that there’s nothing like NM chile powder. My shipment arrived in just a few days and was well packed. I can’t wait until fall rolls around and I can make chili!
