I grew up eating El Monterey food every time I'd visit my grandparents. After we moved to Clovis, I used to eat there at least once or twice a week. I love the enchilada sauce. Thank you so much S&S Supermarket for keeping my memories alive. I now love in Texas and have it shipped.

El Monterrey Enchilada Sauce

Grew up eating Mexican food at El Monterrey in Clovis NM. This sauce is the closest thing to it. We use it to make enchiladas that are better than any of the restaurants in Houston. Appreciate finding where to buy it!
