Have enjoyed this red enchilada sauce preparation powder for years and had lost any hope of funding a distribution point so had actually had various recipes to DIY but none really compared. Glad to have e found your store.

Great flavor

I grew up in Clovis and ate at El Monterey many times. I loved it. I ran across information recently that even though the restaurant has long been history, the sauce mix is available. So I ordered some; it arrived, and I made up a batch, and immediately made enchilada casserole. I loved the familiar taste. It will take some experimentation to get everything just right, but I'm looking forward to my Mexican recipes coming out just right.

great sauce, great service

I ordered the El Monterrey Enchilada Sauce Mix from S&S because of my wonderful memories of El Monterrey restaurant in Clovis when I was a child. S&S fulfilled my order promptly and correctly. I made a dish with the sauce mix the next day. It was exactly as I remembered.
