This Consumer Privacy Policy covers applications and websites owned and operated by S&S Super Market (hereinafter “S&S) and subscribers to S&S services. Users of S&S services and applications and visitors to its websites may be concerned about the information they provide to S&S, and how that information is treated. This Consumer Privacy Policy addresses those concerns. This Policy may be changed or updated at any time as necessary.

S&S uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its subscribers, application users, and online visitors. At its site, personally identifiable information is not collected from individual users unless provided to us voluntarily and knowingly. S&S only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, financial data, etc. when voluntarily submitted by a visitor or entered into an S&S application. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to respond to a stated desire to help a customer achieve a service, consulting or a web site solution.

S&S may collect performance information to examine the operation of the services, and applications customers may use. S&S collects and processing information provided directly by you when you use a S&S service. Specifically, this information includes:
· Your name, email address, location, user’s phone or contact book data, user’s inventory of installed applications, and user’s screen recording;
· Browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the application;
· Data insights S&S attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the application, which may be used in aggregated and disaggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the application; and,
· Use of the above-described collected information in aggregated and disaggregated formats to enhance our current application or to provide application features.

S&S offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into a Database to only be accessed by those authorized with special access rights to those systems. Those authorized individuals are required to keep the information confidential.

Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected by S&S website through that use of “cookies”. “Cookies” are small text files a website can use to recognize repeat visitors, facilitate the visitor’s ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements. If a visitor does not want information collected through the use of “cookies”, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the visitor to deny or accept the “cookie” feature.
