A New Mexico holiday tradition in a gift-ready sack. One packet of El Monterrey Enchilada Sauce Mix comes in a limited-edition 2026 "Happy Holidays" burlap drawstring bag, made just for the season by El Monterrey.
El Monterrey has been making their enchilada sauce mix in Eastern New Mexico since 1934, and the recipe has never changed. It's a mild red chile powder that mixes with water into a smoky, authentic sauce. One packet makes 2 quarts.
A perfect stocking stuffer, coworker gift, or taste of home for New Mexicans living far away.
Limited quantity — available while holiday sacks last.
